1. Eligibility
1.1 Participation is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. 1.2 Participation is void where prohibited by law, including in jurisdictions subject to sanctions, export controls, or other governmental restrictions applicable to Alta. 1.3 Alta employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to receive prizes. Influencers, affiliates, and non-employee promotional partners are eligible unless otherwise restricted by Alta. 1.4 Completion of Level 10 within the Alta platform is the sole performance condition required to be considered for conditional selection in the Promotion. Alta reserves the right to disqualify any user it determines has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, artificial activity, or any violation of the Alta Terms of Service. 1.5 Selection does not constitute entitlement to any prize. All prizes remain conditional until fully claimed in accordance with these Giveaway Terms. 1.6 No Purchase Required. No purchase, payment, deposit, trading activity, or prediction is required to participate in the Promotion, to complete Level 10, or to be eligible for conditional selection to receive a prize. Users may complete Level 10 and become eligible for selection through non-monetary activities available within the Alta platform, including referrals, social engagement, and other qualifying actions, as permitted under the Alta Terms of Service. Any trading, prediction, or paid activity available within the platform is optional and does not increase a user’s chances of selection.2. Conditional Selection and Claim Process
2.1 Users may be conditionally selected to receive a prize either by being among the first users to complete Level 10 or through rolling promotional drawings administered by Alta. 2.2 Conditionally selected users will receive a notification email inviting them to claim the prize. Such notification does not constitute a grant of any prize. 2.3 To claim a prize, a user must, within fourteen (14) days of notification: a) Accept these Giveaway Terms through the official prize claim interface;b) Provide their full legal first and last name;
c) Provide the email address associated with their FIFA ticketing account; and
d) Acknowledge and agree to all publicity and posting requirements described herein. Failure to complete all claim steps within the claim period stated in the claim correspondence email will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize without compensation.
3. Publicity and Social Posting Requirement
3.1 As a condition precedent to receiving any prize, each claimant must create a public social media post announcing their selection in accordance with Alta’s content guidelines. 3.2 All posts must be submitted to Alta for approval prior to publication. Alta may approve, reject, or require modification of any content in its sole discretion. 3.3 Approved posts must be published, remain public, accessible, and materially unaltered for the minimum period specified by Alta in the prize claim email. 3.4 By accepting these Giveaway Terms, you grant Alta a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use your name, likeness, social handle, content, and statements for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes without additional compensation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Failure to comply with publicity requirements results in forfeiture of the prize. Claimants are responsible for ensuring that Alta emails are not blocked by spam filters.”4. Prize Description and Delivery
4.1 Prizes consist of tickets to a designated World Cup match, subject to availability and FIFA ticketing requirements. 4.2 Tickets will be transferred using the FIFA account email provided by the claimant and will be delivered no earlier than after the final promotional draw has concluded. 4.3 Alta makes no guarantees regarding seating location, accommodations, event changes, or the availability of travel documentation required to attend. 4.4 Alta reserves the right to substitute, modify, or revoke any prize at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.5. Travel and Reimbursement
5.1 Winners are solely responsible for obtaining visas, travel documentation, insurance, accommodations, and all travel arrangements. 5.2 Alta does not provide travel assistance or visa support. 5.3 Alta may, in its sole discretion, reimburse verified travel expenses up to a maximum of USD $1,000. 5.4 Reimbursement is conditioned upon: a) Proof of booked travel;b) Receipts matching the legal name provided during prize claim;
c) Compliance with all Giveaway Terms.
Eligible expenses are limited to airfare, ground transportation, and lodging. Meals, and incidental expenses are excluded. Failure to travel for any reason, including visa denial, illness, or unavailability, does not entitle the participant to any alternative prize.
6. Disqualification and Forfeiture
Alta reserves the right to disqualify any participant and revoke any prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant: • Failed to comply with posting or claim requirements• Failed to provide a valid FIFA ticketing account email or legal name
• Engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or artificial activity
• Violated these Giveaway Terms or the Alta Terms of Service All forfeited prizes revert to Alta.
