Introduction If you wish to close your account and remove your data from Markets, you can do so directly within the app. Please read the warning below carefully, as this action cannot be undone. How to delete your account Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:
  1. Open the Markets app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon located in the bottom right corner of the menu.
  3. Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.
  4. Select Account Settings.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm. Select Confirm to finalize the deletion.
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove your data, including your profile information, history, and preferences. This action is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered once the process is complete.
Can’t access the app? If you have deleted the app or cannot access your account on your device, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please send the email from the address associated with your Markets account so we can verify your identity.
